Store below 25°C in a dry place. Do not use if the pod seal is broken.
Dosage
Take 1 dose (1 pod) per day or as directed by your health practitioner. Open the pod and pour a comfortable amount of granules into the centre of your tongue. Swallow the granules with some water. Repeat until you have taken all the granules from the pod. Swallow the granules without chewing.

Poliglusam (Chitosan), Hypromellose, Glycerol, Carmellose Sodium, Ethylcellulose, Maltodextrin, Glucose monohydrate, Palm oil, Lecithin, Acetic acid, Isomalt, Magnesium stearate (vegetable), Microcrystalline cellulose, Pregelatinsed maize starch, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Vanilla flavour, Maize starch, Acacia, Sucrose, DL-alpha-tocopherol, Medium Chain Triglycerides.
Contains:
Shellfish (from Poliglusam), soy, sugars, flavours, no artificial sweeteners.
Warnings:
If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.

How to Take the Whole-Body Longevity Pod
Take one pod, once daily, with food.

OPEN
Peel back the lid of the Pod

Step 2
POUR
Slowly pour a comfortable amount of granules onto the center of your tongue.

Step 3
SWALLOW & REPEAT
Take a sip of water and swallow - don’t chew or swish the granules around your mouth. Repeat until you have finished the pod.
